Where We Ship

• Pakistan-wide via trusted courier partners.
  
  

Processing & Dispatch

• Orders are processed 12:00–20:00 PKT, Mon–Sat.
  
  

• Cut-off: Orders confirmed after 18:00 PKT are processed next business day.
  
  

• Prepaid (Advance Pay): dispatched after payment proof is verified (within 24 business hours).
  
  

• COD with Deposit: dispatched after PKR 500 deposit is verified (within 24 business hours).
  
  

Delivery Timelines

• Standard delivery: 2–5 business days (location & courier dependent).
  
  

• Remote/local holiday periods (e.g., Eid, mega sales) may add 1–2 business days.
  
  

Shipping Fees

• Prepaid (Advance Pay): Free shipping.
  
  

• COD with Deposit: PKR 350 per order.
  
  

• Any courier-mandated remote-area surcharge will be communicated for your approval before dispatch.
  
  

Tracking

• Once dispatched, you’ll receive your AWB & tracking link on WhatsApp (+92 335 7714444).
  
  

Address Changes & Delivery Attempts

• Address changes are possible before dispatch; after dispatch we will request the courier to modify, but it’s not guaranteed.
  
  

• Couriers typically make 1–2 delivery attempts. If unreachable/refused, the parcel returns to us (RTO).
  
  

• As per our Payment Policy, COD deposits are non-refundable after dispatch or if delivery is refused.
  
  

Packaging & Inspection

• Orders are sealed. If the seal appears tampered, please refuse delivery and inform us on WhatsApp for a quick resolution.
